      The Opening Night of Smokey Joe's Cafe at the Sugden Theatre event was a tremendous success.  Your catering was such a HIT!!  Everyone thought the food was delicious and the presentation great!  The small plates made it very easy for guests to get something of everything and manage holding it while talking.   People complimented your servers and how they were always around with the passed hors d'ouevres and desserts. You are definitely my caterer of choice and I believe you made many converts as a result ofyour excellence.  Thank you for everything you did to make the evening special.  Sincerly, Rose Mary
